DAR AL MASHARIH was established in March 1992 by Mr. Joseph A. Chakhtoura who holds a Bachelor of Engineering from American University of Beirut and he is a "Sworn Engineer" recognized at competent courts.

Mr. Chakhtoura has almost 19 years of professional experience. Since 1991 he has successfully processed the Design , Projects' Mangement, Execution, and Valuation of several engineering projects. He has started his experience with Sondasol in 1991, performing design/execution for deep foundations (Caissons; Piles; Slurry walls; Soil profiles; Grout Injection...), and special concrete projects such as Silos & Domes.

Moreover, DAR AL MASHARIH -Engineers & Contractors is a firm for Engineering , Management, Consulting and Services. Have already designed, managed and executed many projects to include high-quality finished Turn-Key Projects such as for Private Villas, Schools, Theaters , Fit-Out Works , Interior Decorations, Industrial Steel Structures , Residential buildings, and Property Valuation as a certified valuator recognized by competent courts.
